
WHAT IS BIKRAM YOGA?
Bikram Yoga is a series of 26 posture (asana) series completed in a specific order in a heated room.
All classes are heated to 40 degree celsius and 40 percent humidity. Designed for the first time and experienced student, these classes help improve lower body strength, lower and upper-body range of motion, and balance in healthy adults.
We have 90 minute sessions ( 2 sets per posture), and 60 minute ( 1 set per posture) sessions daily which you can attend according to your schedule.
