WHAT IS INFERNO HOT PILATES?

Inferno Hot Pilates (IHP) is a training system using Pilates Principles along with High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) in a room heated to 32-34 degrees and 40% humidity.

Hand weights are used in class to help tone & sculpt your body.

This is a full body workout designed to create long lean muscle mass, burn fat, and increase your fitness levels.

How does it work?

IHP combines cardio and muscle toning in a heated room.

We use Pilates Principles to sculpt your body, creating long lean muscle mass and the HIIT keeps your heart rate up, helping you burn fat during and after your workout session!

We have created the perfect combination of the heat which loosens up the muscles quickly and the humidity making you sweat, helping to boost your heart rate, metabolism and promotes detoxification.
